Pilot:

The forecast called for FL180 winds at Inyokern to be WSW at 50 knots increasing to 60 knots at Bishop. We began with an early morning launch spending more than 30 minutes with the jet engine running before we connected with wave. From that point on we found excellent wave and maintained FL200 - FL230 for most of the flight. The winds were abeam of our flight path which allowed less crabbing and therefore a better overall speed run. The six legs generally ranged from Inyokern at the southern end to Mono Lake at the northern end, with the exception being an extension of the final leg to Mojave.
Thanks to Joshua Approach for a Sage-2 Clearance in R-2508 and Oakland Center for block altitude clearances (17,000 - FL230) north of R-2508.
Also, thanks to Stewart, Bob, and Mark for crewing.
