The weather briefing called it a racing day because of a not so often happening phenomenon of a NE/SW confluence excactly overhead Narromine.
A man has the right to do a yo-yo flight at least once a year and today was that day! (sorry Sjoerd!).
First direction SE to Bathurst, new to me and quite rough terrain for quite some distance. Had to be careful and became low and slow. On the return track I was more careful and stayed high (one sweating low condition was enough....)
The rest of the flight was all yo-yo as said before but nevertheless enjoyable.
It resulted in the longest solo flight I made up till now.
Hope there will be more.
