Weak winter soaring day. This is actually 2 flights, first of which was nothing but a 15 minute sled ride. 2nd flight was playing around in weak thermals for just under an hour over the red rocks. The day started with overcast and drizzle in the morning and considerable overnight rain. That gradually became fractocumulus, than real cumulus in places by around noonish, than wispy cus, than blue. Unfortunately all the real good looking cu were 15-20 miles away both to the S and E, but I never made it anywhere near them, while I was flying there was wisps here and there over the warm springs valley and that was about it.
