Wave Day Part 2
After a nice BBQ for lunch we went up again for another interesting flight to Inverness. The coffee was taken in the laminar :)
The best ascent was located next to Mount Morven with up to 14kts (7,2m/s) and the updrafts weakened towards the west and the cloudiness increased, which limited our options and made us fly back. Back to the strong lifts at home we did some low level recovery training in and out of the rotor :)
The visibility was very poor the whole day. There are rumours it could have been the pollution from the American wildfires.
